Motion amplification for the masses

One of my first classes at MIT was the "Advances in Computer Vision" course. It was both well-taught and incredibly informative, likely because Dr. Freeman/Dr. Torralba/Michael Rubinstein were so knowledgeable about the content.

There was an article recently on one of our homework assignments about motion amplification in the NYT. For those that are interested, I wanted to point out the Matlab code is available on Michael's website and that there are some opensource options on Github.

Personal favorite: watch what the amplification does to a video of a sleeping baby in striped pyjamas. Amazingly cute.
